Finn, this is a fantastic case study and thank you so much for not only sharing it, but providing the prompts and action actions.

I haven’t upgraded to include Gumroad yet as I don’t have a lot of customers for the analysis. Do you have any suggestions as to when I should upgrade and what would the cost to be?

Gumroad analytics might make sense after you reach a $500-$ 2,000 per month sales level, depending on your product's sales volume and pricing. My products are typically low-cost, and I have between 100 and 220 sales transactions per month.

The Pro edition costs $149/lifetime (one-time fee), and it provides up to 5 Substack Publications and Gumroad data sync.

Great advice. I only plan on using one Substack, but when I get those sales up there, I will definitely go ahead with coordinating GumRoad.

Yes, I'm trying to look at the ROI of this tool from customer perspective. If you have only handful of sales, your focus should be improving Gumroad product pages and products themselves.

Once you have those working, Stackcontacts will help to analyze hundreds of rows of data. You don't need AI if you have just handful of sales....
